Cancelling a subscription

Cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again. We do not pro-rate part-months.

The 14-day withdrawal right

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — and you are asked to agree to immediate delivery, and to acknowledge losing the right, at checkout.

In practice: if you subscribe and have not downloaded anything, ask within 14 days and we will refund in full. Once you have downloaded files, the content has been delivered.

When we refund anyway

If a file is broken — it will not slice, it is not watertight, or it does not match what the customizer showed you — tell us and we will fix it or refund the download. That is a defect, not a change of mind, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

We also refund duplicate charges and accidental renewals reported promptly.

How to ask

Email support@trinketforge.com from the address on the account. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
