Using the site means accepting these terms.
What the service does
You customise a 3D model in your browser and download it as an STL or 3MF file. The geometry is generated on your own device; we do not store the models you make.
Accounts
Signing in uses a link sent to your email address. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.
Payment
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who act as the merchant of record. Your purchase contract for the transaction is with them, and their terms apply to it alongside these. They handle VAT and issue your invoice.
Downloads and fair use
Paid plans include a number of downloads each month. Unused downloads do not roll over. Automated or bulk downloading, resale of files, and sharing account access are not permitted and may result in the account being closed.
What we do not promise
Files are checked to be watertight and to fit the printer size you select, but printing is yours to manage: settings, materials, bed adhesion and the suitability of any object for its purpose are outside our control. Nothing here is sold as fit for safety-critical, medical, structural or load-bearing use.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Files already downloaded remain yours under the licence.
Law
Bulgarian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
